EU REACH and K-REACH of Korea require that manufacturers submit the relevant risk information of chemicals for notification and registration. For registration chemicals, manufacturers of non-EU member states may contract and establish a legal entity in the territory as the only representative (OR). The OR exercises the relevant obligations of the importer, prepares the application document, and submits it. A number of manufacturers who register the same chemical substance may form a consortium and nominate a lead registrant (LR). The LR collects and aggregates the common registration information and submits the registration documents.

SuperLab meets the requirements for regulation in various countries to execute general toxicology and environmental toxicology studies in light of the ton per annum per production or importation guideline. All general toxicology and environmental toxicology studies follow GLP regulations.
