Stability Testing
Stability testing is an important evaluation and the basis for research of health food preservation quality. It also plays an important role in the research, development, testing, and registration of health food and the long-term quality control of health food after it is marketed. According to the Healthy Food Application Permit and the Health Food Testing and Registration Review Principle, when applying for health food testing and registration, you should provide the stability test protocol of the health care efficacy components and the reports of original results.
Stability testing is the study of a product’s quality and the identification of the health function component/quality control index components, as well as how it is affected by environmental factors such as temperature, humidity ,and light over time (i.e., trends), to support or estimate the expiry date (shelf life) to ensure that the product is within its validity period and has its declared effectiveness.
The stability assessment of healthy foods includes the development of indicator component analysis method, the method of index component analysis, shelf-life estimation, and the continuous monitoring of stability. SuperLab has much experience with health food applications. We can help you from the beginning of the experimental design to the implementation of the test and application for registration with the most suitable product features to substantially reduce the failure of the application and help your products to seize market opportunities.
